Before the video interview stage, you are just asked various questions to assess how you react in a work environment, with a series of around 24 questions split into 3 sections.

Question 1
They ask questions about how you would react that have clear obvious answers, however they want you to at the same time be honest and to not be afraid to say what you would do in the situation.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zurich Insurance (Blackrock, Dublin) in Mar 2023
Interview
Two interview stages. First one very much competency based. Second more informal but still touched on technical skills and what I could bring to the role. Have a few examples on hand of the usual tested interview competencies.
