Zurich Insurance Data Science interview questions

1. Screening video call with the recruiter in charge of the selection process. 2. Video call with two JUNIOR team members. No technical questions were asked during this interview: 1. Introduce yourself. 2. Experience dealing with clients? 3. Are you familiar with PoC? 4. Can you work in an autonomous way? Due to my experience and qualifications, I made a great impression during this video call (they literally told me that). I received a negative decision the day after without any explanation. I wrote an e-mail to the hiring manager kindly asking for more details but no answer was given. This process was a big deception and no consideration was given to the candidates.
