Interview
it was campur recruitment with an aptitude round of 50 questions including logical english and technical ability, then was technical test. after that was one more technical interview and the final HR interview round

questions were on the projects done before. .net and sql was important
Aptitude test- 4 sections(GK, Quant, Reasoning, C++), after clearing aptitude there was written MCQ test for .NET , After clearing .Net exam there was test of SQL , where we had to write 21 queries. I cleared all these rounds.Then came the interview. Interview panel was of 4 people. I cleared it also. I was the only guy to clear its interview.Then HR asked me to come tomorrow for HR round. In HR round there were 3 people. They asked me questions on my project etc and asked me to go. Though i was a fresher , they took so many rounds as if they were going to hire me on the position on Mr. Anant yardi(CEO).They did not even bother to call me to tell my results. When i called them , they told me you are not hired. I asked from a group of 300 guys u did not even select one guy. Her exact words were we are hiring for first time. We do not hire freshers. Yardi please stop playing with the emotions of freshers. It may be fun for you , but you do not know the condition of other guys!!. Shame on you.

Interview
There were a total of 5 rounds.
1) Aptitude test. - very basic.
2) A one on one with someone from the HR dept. - this was to enable form completion and check communication skills.
3) Essay writing - on a topic from a given list.
4) Technical interview - to check how strong our concepts and fundamentals were.
5) Personal Interview.
