Interview
I took around 10 days. On the first day, i was gone through 3 written tests(aptitusde, technical and SQL). After clearing all the three tests We were called for the Pre-HR and technical interview on the next week. in the pre-HR interview itself they made it clear that thay can't give more than 30% hike as per market rate. This is the the attitude of the company (No matter how good the candidate is). though my salary expectation was high. I I choose to go through the interview even if we were not come to a conclusion on financial level. Only one technical intervieew was there. I got the offer, But I refused it because of the low salary.
