It was a campus interview where the first day was the pen-paper aptitude test.
It consisted of Reasoning, verbal and quant section followed by a technical knowledge test on oop concepts, Java, SQL and asp.net.
After this round 75 students were shortlisted for the pre-HR round on the same day.pre-HR was to mainly test your communication skills.
The next day Technical interview was taken at the Yardi office in Pune.
Finally, an HR interview to ask about your projects, hobbies, etc.
I was selected after pre-HR as a result of improper communication(i think so).
