Interview
The recruitment process had 4 rounds pre-HR , Technical Round 1, Business Unit Head (Technical+Mangerial) , HR Round.
Their emphasis was on SQL, Problem Solving and DBMS concepts. Other questions were related on CV of candidates. Like the likes and dislikes of candidates and overall understanding of Software World.
You are given a Employee table having emp_id,name,dept_id.etc where dept_id is refering to Department table haing attributes dept_id,dept_name.
1. Find dept_name of employees using both tables.
2. Some employees have not been assigned dept there entry in dept_id is NULL. So find the dept_name of employess having department and NULL entries.
The hiring process includes an online aptitude test, followed by an in-person pre-HR screening, then one or two technical interviews, and finally a Business Unit Head round for final evaluation.
4 rounds, 2 technical and 2 hr. Depends on per hr round either you go to csd or Dev. First round is pre hr they ask about projects, second about tech stack

Business round includes combination of technical + hr + logic reasoning
