Interview
Lengthy technical test after phone screen. One complex task to be solved in excel (advanced excel functions needed - Vlookup and pivot tables) and one online research task to be completed. There is one person assigned to answer questions and clarify certain aspects during the test and the candidate can call him/her if needed.
The result of this stage was communicated to me rather late, after several weeks.
