Interview
Really long. You get contacted by email. They you intwrview. If you pass that you go to take a personality test that also has problem solving and accounting. There are SQL questions on it also. Then if you pass that you go back for a interview with multiple departments. I interviewed for hours and four different groups with three people in each group.

There is a test you take if you make it past the first interview
I applied online. I interviewed at Yardi Systems in Oct 2025
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me and set up an interview for the following day in the morning. The next day 30 minutes before the interview was supposed to start, they emailed me and said they are going in a different direction. From the looks of it, it doesn't seem they want to hire anyone. They might be stringing people along with fake job postings to collect people data
Interview process was pretty generic. Customer service related questions and action based questions. Panel interview with two rounds. Brush up on your problem solving tactics and you’ll be fine. 30 word limit

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Yardi Systems (Milton Keynes, Angleterre)
Interview
It typically involves several over complex stages, with a focus on both in-person, remote, meeting multiple people. Overall fine, but long winded. Would recommend a lot of time researching account principles and the company.
