Hiring process is very user-friendly for the applicant and does not require a complex, time consuming endeavor to submit a resume. Standard 2-3 interview timeline; accompanied with incessant nail-biting. Waiting period from first interview to ultimate start-date is roughly two months (but current explosive growth may accelerate the overall timeline).

Interview
It is a two part interview process. One initial typical interview and the second involves a presentation in front of leads and directors. Presenting is part of the job, so the second part ensures you're ready for that aspect.

The people were very nice, it was a two-interviews process - a ten minute phonecall and then an hour for the interview with the department manager. It took a while for them to review my application, but acter the callback it was a speedy process.
