First someone from recruiting will give you a call, and will ask you a bunch of questions to see if you fit their profile (basically able to breathe). They will instantly set up a second interview, which will consist of internet research. At this phase you have one hour at your disposal to search answers for a dozen of questions they gave you. After this, they will make you do a mock-call, to see how you handle yourself during phone calls.
