Interview
If you have any customer service experience, you will get hired if you pass a drug and background check. The application is incredibly simple. The interview is just as simple. I think I was asked less than 10 questions before being offered the position. Maybe if it was slightly more difficult to get hired, the quality of employee would improve.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Xerox (Sandy, UT) in Mar 2013
Interview
I went through a temp agency. The agency had me fill out a 25 question computer knowledge quiz that I swear was from the 80's. I scored a 70% but it didn't truly matter, Xerox just needed a warm body to take calls.
