Two people interview. They each asked 7 questions. Questions are about skills. You get an offer thru email, they send you a length questionnaire and background and drug test. I-9, then training for the specific job.

It's really easy to descibe the interview process because it was really easy. It was a new company in need of employees so everyone got hired who had an interview.

The interview and hiring process was basically a huge cattle call. The company is always hiring because there is a horrendous amount of turnover. There is little, if any, trust afforded the applicants because they require a clean drug test and a background check before they will even consider you.
