Was a contract to hire position, was giving background on the organization and told what the Manager was looking for. Xerox started with a phone screen, then an onsite interview with 4 different small groups from different roles in the organization. I had to submit examples of past documentation that includes requirements, process flows, screen mockups and requirements traceability.
