Interview
On a business trip, I met an employee who was a leader in the Sales arena and believed I would be a good fit to work for her division. There was an initial phone interview with an HR representation. The actual interview was panel style with 5 Sales / Business Development Leaders. Because the interview started going south when the panel became divided about my 'non-tradtiotnal' career path, upon exiting, one interviewer called me back in to apologize on behalf of Xerox stating that some parts of Xerox is not as progressive as he like to believe they are. He personally would have loved to hire me but had to accept the adverse situation.

How will I grow their business with the government? What do I know about their company specifically, the (interviewing) business sector? How will I "specifically" get meetings with senior level/decision makers in the government sector? How do I influence people to say yes? How do I handle barriers for accessing the desired person(s)?
