Interview
They had open testing I had went for in which they test you for availability of hours, typing speed, and customer service skills. Once you pass these, they ask for an actual interview. There is a 2 week training period and then you begin work. There is a lot to learn and the more you know the easier it is to get through with customers. Unfortunately you are tested partially on how well customers rate the surveys they receive and your pay could vary on this. There is a huge pressure on customers calling to cancel service and those asking for credits. Although its not sales, it can be stressful being on the phones dealing with angry customers.
