written test/typing test/2 formal interviews. It started as a phone interview in response to a internet application process. then it progressed to 2 formal interviews and then a criminal check. I waited for 25 days before being assigned a training class and I then went through 5 weeks training in the classroom and 4 weeks training on the phone

I basically went in there and she told me everything the job entails and gave me a tour of the place. Not teribbly difficult. Answered my quetions and asked about my goals and aspirations and employment history. The hard part is all those weird tests they make you take before hand
