Wipro CSR interview questions

I appeared for the interview for e commerce fashion website Ajio. There were 6 rounds of interview. First round was a normal introduction interview they asked random questions like tell me about yourself. For the Second round the questions were related to customer service like what do yo u mean by customer service? what is good customer service in your opinion? . The third and fourth rounds were telephonic with the client , they just check your vocabulary, fluency with the language and stability. 5th round was on an IVR, where they check your pronunciation of words and your grasping power. 6th round was aptitude test.

The interview process went good. And they I got a job offer and email for there customer service department. Assessment And Testing. This was a referral. I went in person took 2 resumes and had a interview and assessment. With Mr. Lemuel Grant.
