Voice checked by computer first then a round with vna trainer. (Telephonic or skype) 4. Technical: Depends on what kind of process applied for (prepare to get grilled they show no mercy). Can be written and telephonic. 5. Operations: Better choose your words wisely. Clearing ops can be hard sometimes. Again depends on process and profile applied for.
