Two Stages:
Staffing Firm - Collabera - Contacted me and discussed the position.
First Interview was face-to-face with one of the two Technology Managers that included her really just trying to gague how I might or might not fit in with the rest of the Team. She was sold on me after our interview, but I needed to also interview with the other Technology Manager before any offer was made. He called me a few hours after I met with the first Technology Manager, and he was in agreement with her. The offer was extended to me later that day or the day following those inteviews.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (New York, NY) in Mar 2026
Interview
Not very formal, teams are very small so you need someone that you know and wants you in their team. Do not wait for the so called consideration process, you need to take initiative yourself.

Interview
Hirevue followed by a 3-round Superday. Very well run and seamless process. The interviewers seemed to really care about learning about you as a person, and understanding the nuance in your background. Technical questions focused on accounting, basic economic concepts, and lending—broad in scope, but not too difficult on an individual level.
