Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

Had two different interviews (one in VA and one in MD). Had experience for both jobs. The interview for $13.00/hour was as if I was applying for a Manager position. They wanted details on every job for the last 3 years. Why I want to work there? What is good customer service? How you handle dispute? Want to know your availability. I had two rude interviewers (one was coughing almost every time I answered) and the other did not really even want to do the interview. Very pathetic and unnecessary for $13.00 an hour. Other places pay more and do not even ask questions like this.

Easy basic questions, first a phone interview then an in-person one. The questions were basic customer service questions. They also asked about hobbies, school, future plans etc. Just google Wegmans interview questions
