Telephone interview is almost like a second online application, which is understandable for how many applicants they get. Very straightforward questions to answer regarding availability and previous jobs. I feel as though those same questions could be answered online, as it wasn’t much of a conversation compared to a traditional interview.

Interview was great and smooth, questions that needs quick and in depth responses . Other than that it was not as difficult as people make it seem as long as you can keep eye contact and make sure you ask questions at the end of the interview you will be okay .
