Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

Very in depth for the level of position. Not sure if it was because I am an older adult, but a teenager could also work this job, but would be ill equipped to answer some of the interview questions.

Unorganized even by grocery store standards. Had several over the phone interviews and one in person. Through the interview they kept saying how work life blance is a cornerstone value to the company. They said they acommodate parents avliablity. Then when you get to the final interview everything changes. Managers are required to have a on call full time availability. Making it impossible for parents of young children to be considered.
