Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

This was an internal process as I already was employed with the company. It was a very detailed interview with lots of scenarios concerning employee situations, as well as customer situations. Be prepared to talk about situations that you have encountered in past work experience that you would consider a difficult situation to overcome.

This is my second time working for wegmans. obviously that means i had to go through the interview process all over again. i will not make this as long as my other description years ago. Phone interview, in person interview (with random person), department manager interview (usually for the area you will be offered), Job offer on 4th visit. Smile, be friendly, empahsize on customer service and experiences and you got it in the bag. I got the job twice so take my advice. They tell me everytime only 1 in 100 applicants are chosen so its not easy to be hired.
