Typical interview questions: What did you like least and best about your other jobs? What issues had you with another employee and how did you resolve them? Name a situation when you gave exceptional customer service? Tell us about a tough product you sold? Then ended with a few basic culinary questions. Second interview: Basically same questions but then they added in tons of culinary questions about favorite things to cook, if I knew they had a culinary magazine, and other basic culinary questions which I would study up on.
