First they will have you do a 10 minute phone interview. After that they will bring you in to meet with an HR person to have them interview you. Lastly, the front end manager will conduct the last interview. The interviews are not hard, just be professional and tell them what they want to hear. Wegmans is a family company so put a smile on your face and tell them you're willing to learn.

First you do a a 20-30 minute phone interview, then you interview with the head HR coordinator and then you interview with the manager of the department they think you will work best in. The whole process takes about 3-4 weeks.
