Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

After I applied, I received an email to self-schedule time with a recruiter for a 45-minute phone interview. I was disappointed by how I was treated like a number, not a person, given the company's focus on people. I felt like I was being interrogated not interviewed. The clickty clack of his keyboard trying to record every word I said was very distracting and he just asked questions like a robot. I ended up withdrawing my application. So disappointing.

Easy, straightforward. They were very communicative about the whole process and gracious about reaching out. I was kept in the loop for the whole time and didn’t need to badger any one the entire time.
