Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

I applied for the job online posting online as well. I then got a call for an in-store interview within a week or two. It was a very simple interview since they're constantly hiring new people, especially teenagers. It was with the head manager and lasted about half an hour. A few days after interview, they called back with an offer.

I applied for the position online from an ad on the department website, then was called for a phone interview. She called me back weeks later and let me know I had the position and had to go through some more paperwork and fill out the application on the website. They were very helpful through all of the process.
