Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

Applied online and was contacted for a phone interview. We spent a while going through employment eligibility, availability and previous employment before being asked question about customer service. A few days after I was contacted to arrange an in-person interview for the following week. I was interviewed by the Employee Rep and Service Manager. Lots of questions about customer service. I was contacted by phone again a few days letter with an offer

Hiring manager, and Human resource interviewer was very nice. Interview was more of a conversation, not too technical. They mostly look for personality and characteristics from the interviewee. the first interview is over the phone, and the secod interview is with HR and the department manager or team leader
