Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

For the position I applied for I went through two face-to-face interviews with different people. The interviews waere very in-depth and there were roughly 4-5 pages of interview questions for each set of interviews. There was only one interviewer in my first interview, and two individuals interviewing me during the second interview. It was extremely intimidating, but I appreciated how thorough the interviewers were. The sessions lasted between 30 minutes to an hour and I ended up not getting to job. It was actually quite frustrating because one of the reasons I didn't get the job is because they hired a man who was already full-time, whereas I was still part-time.

More focused on getting healthy people who can pick up boxes. They have a high turn over so they are more focused on trying to get people who don't do drugs and will stay with the company.
