Interview
I applied online for produce team lead for the new store that will open in 3 months. I got an email the next day to call and set up a phone interview. One week later I had my phone interview. She was very pleasant. I have not heard from them yet. I prepared for the interview as much as I could but the second question was about the minimum hourly pay that I would go down to. On the application it asked about pay and I put $18 so I stumbled on that question.

Interview
I was emailed a few days after applying online and set up a phone interview for that weekend. Phone interview was kind of awkward but the questions weren't too challenging -- be prepared to talk about food a fair amount. About 2 weeks later I was contacted to set up an in-store interview. This interview had basically the same questions, and the interviewer (who was the head chef) filled out a sheet as we went along. Not a bad experience, but there were so few available slots that he basically told me there they were not able to hire me.
