Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

A phone interview, and then a call-in. They are not clear about expectations, so expect to be thrown into the fray with little to no knowledge of what to do.

I Applied online. A few weeks later I was called to schedule a phone interview, the phone interview was around 45 minutes long. Overall it was quite easy, just a lot of questions. After the phone interview I was told I would be called back to schedule a second interview or be a sent a rejection email. 3 days later I was called back to schedule a second interview. The second interview was with 2 other mangers and the asked similar questions to the phone interview. They told me I would get a call back or email within 2 days or so. I'm still waiting.
