Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

First it was a over the phone interview. Asked many questions regarding your leadership style and how you handle certain situations. If you pass the phone interview they will set up an in person interview with you depending on your availability. I was interviewed by two managers. The in person interview had many silent moments because the interviewers were writing down the answers from the questions asked. Many of the interview questions were about handling customers and what if scenarios. After the interview i heard back from them two weeks later. I got the offer but did not accept.

I applied online in June 2017. I received a call back a couple days later to schedule a phone interview (around 30 minutes). The phone interview was very fast and asked a bunch of questions that require you to really give an articulate response. After the phone interview I had an in-person interview with the HR representative and the department head as well as a tour (around 20 minutes). The in-person interview was similar to the phone interview, only it was a bit more stressful and had harder questions (the two people in the room were very nice though). Be confident in yourself and know that it's not the end of the world if you don't get the job.
