Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

Very relaxed and typical questions on knowledge of food, current trends in food, and views on customer service. The interviewers were to be my direct supervisor and 1 other person from the department I was applying for.

Submitted online application and was called to schedule a phone interview within a week. I thought the phone interview went well, and I have a ton of experience. My phone interview was on a Friday, and by Monday I had an email stating they would not move forward with my application. I was left very confused as there was absolutely no explanation as to why I was not being considered further.
