I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (Fairfax, VA) in Jun 2018
Interview
Very easy phone screen interview. The interviewer paused often as she was typing my responses which made the interview take much longer than necessary. Most of the questions could have been answered in the application process, e.g. are you over 18?, do you have transportation?, etc. But the worst was the painful, monotone voice of the interviewer. She never once varied her tone or inflection nor did she display any interest in what she was doing. Not once did she deviate even the slightest from her script. I felt so drained by the time it finally ended and I was completely uninterested in a position at Wegman's at that point.
