Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

Took 45 min on the phone. Got back within 2 weeks via email and wished me luck in my future proceedings. Tony was nice and was very informative during the entire interviewing process over the phone.

HR is more concerned with tone than anything else. Be polite. Be very upbeat. Say nothing negative. They are not looking for substance. This entire company is more about tone than competence. They don't want people who can actually fix problems and help the company be more profitable. They want quiet worker bees who check their brains at the door and turn a blind eye to problems.
