Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

They did a phone interview, and then two in person interviews. You first get a phone call from someone in HR. Then, you interview with the store manager. Then you interview with the manager of the department. Once you get hired, you have to go through a fun anti-union training.

I applied online and got a call a few days later saying they wanted a phone interview. Phone interview was simple and mostly told me about the position. Got a call about 2 weeks after for a in person interview and I have that soon.
