I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets
Interview
This is BY FAR the best interview process I have had. Everyone is super friendly, kind, and have opened minds. I applied through college and met the recruiter at a career fair. She was super nice and explained all of the job responsibilities right off the bat. I was then asked to come in for an on campus interview which was about 30 minutes. This was a very easy and comfortable interview. It was more of a conversation, description of the job, and to make sure you are comfortable performing all of the duties the job requires.
After that I was invited to do a second interview with someone from HR and two department managers. They were all so friendly and make me feel really comfortable. This interview was a little longer and the questions were a little more difficult, but they were still really easy questions compared to other interviews i have had. They just want to get a feel of your management experience, how you handle customers, and if you can do all of the duties the job requires. I then did a quick tour of the front end of the store.
I was called in for a third interview with the store manager. He, again, was super nice! He asked similar questions like the second interview and it was a lot more informal. He just wanted to meet a potential employee before hire!
I was extended the offer, but i had to politely decline as I just accepted one with another company that aligned more with my interests. I felt bad declining because everyone is so nice, helpful, and positive. Wegman's is a great company that really cares about their employees and customers ! Anyone would be lucky to get this position!

Interview
Interviewed with one of the team leaders and surprisingly was interviewed right after by HR. It was done in separate rooms but there was definitely one:two. The team leader will interview you with basic questions and is trying to gauge if you're likable individual. Afterwards, HR will go more into details about the position, expectations, salary, and benefits.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wegmans Food Markets (New York, NY) in Mar 2019
Interview
They do a phone interview twice, then in person with 2 people, the recruiter has never done warehouse work so has no idea what qualifies you to work in one. It's all about how good you interview so put on a big fake smile. I had my offer rescinded because my consumer report did not match up exactly to my application.
