Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

For first time applicants there is a phone interview and then an in-person. For current employees applying for a different position you only go through an in-person interview during working hours (on the clock). The interview takes about 30min-1 hour. Most often you're interviewed by HR employees who have no knowledge whatsoever about the position you're interviewing for or the skills that you need to have. If you have a resume, it probably be overlooked. Education will also be overlooked. And if you get an offer it will the lowest possible. Piece of advice--refuse it and request a new offer.
