Wegmans Food Markets interview questions

It was just a round of questions with no responses back. Was asked about mostly the past 3 years of work history. Then some scenarios based on customer service. It was a phone interview with a recruiter.

After a successful phone interview I was called in to a face to face interview. Was not interviewed by management but by 2 associates who wrote down every word I said. It was a little disconcerting because there was minimal eye contact.
