Called for interview, showed up - I knew right away the atmosphere wasn’t for me. After this continued to check the status , it never moved from interview. Interviewer a bit unprofessional- sloppy. The other person kept fidgeting like why am I here. Not interviewed by pharmacist which I thought is odd. What do these two know anything about pharmacy. They are in the front end.

If you have previously worked for Walgreens and left in good standing, they're very likely to hire you back. When I did my interview to be rehired in 2024, the store manager told me that it was mainly just for formality. The store manager told me that once a part of the WAGS family, always part of the WAGS family.
My original interview in 2021 was also fairly easy. The most important thing is that you have the required licensing/certifications for your position, as well as good customer service.

Had a one-on-one meeting with the store manager to discuss the position, expectations, and next steps in the hiring process. Also met with the RXOM to review pharmacy operations and team responsibilities. Following the interviews, I completed the required drug test and background check as part of the pre-employment process.
