Waitrose interview questions

It was a group interview but no one was talking, awkward and a bit unorganised but they provided water. We filled in some paper about plans for talking to customers, and times we could work. After they interviewed us individually for a few minutes and contact with job offer within 2 weeks.

Interview was a basic discussion of strengths/weaknesses and how one would react in certain work situations. There was discussion of previous employment experience and an understanding of the Waitrose brand.
