Interview
I had a group interview followed by a one on one interview. During the group interview were given a list of tasks we had to prioritize based on the scenario we were given. We were given 5 minutes to prepare alone, and then we had a 20 minute discussion to come up with a list, prioritizing the different tasks based on urgency and importance. After the group interview, I had a one on one interview that consisted of roughly 7 motivational and competency questions.

Online interview with a real person, very welcoming and relaxed with gerneral questions like 'describe a challenging situation and how you overcame it' and 'describe a time you identified a problem and what you did to fix it'

Interview process included a small group task and 10 minute individual interview. Group task involved some provided information about the store and had to decide how best to organise task priority.
