Waitrose interview questions

I’ve been trying to work at Waitrose for years now, but I never seem to make it past the HR stage. It’s been frustrating because I genuinely want to be part of the company and its culture. I’d really like to understand what I might be missing or how I can strengthen my applications.

Group interview with a small number of others. Discussion based on sheet of paper with customer needs. As a group we had to discuss what food items we would suggest to the customer based on their needs.
