Manager Interview firstly, only 1 round of interview and got selected. 1 on 1 interview. Mostly was in mandarin and partial in English. On site Interview and the process/communication was overall pretty good.

Facile, ambiente amichevole, domande su università e prospettive di carriera. Qualche domanda tecnica sulla posizione oggetto della candidatura. Due step di selezione per internship. Una parte di colloquio in inglese. Nel complesso positivo.
Initial online application process using standard methods, i.e., filling in details and some online testing. Then there was an assessment centre with others who applied for the same programme, experience was overall very positive. We also had the chance to talk to current interns.
The hiring process consists of two interview rounds. The first round is an HR interview, while the second round is a manager interview involving a case study and behavioral questions.
