Viatris interview questions

I spoke with 4 different recruiters for this position and had two weeks of back and forth with them to get any understanding of the position. They consistently dodged any questions about the job description, length of contract, pay, and benefits and gave me a big runaround trying to understand anything about the position. An interview with Viatris was scheduled and I was asked 3 separate times how soon I could accept an offer (before I even had the interview). Apparently "1-3 days" was not the correct answer and my interview was canceled since I did not immediately say that I would accept an offer within the day. I don't understand why I was passed through so many different recruiters for this position, why I kept getting the runaround about what the job entailed, and why Viatris canceled my interview for giving an incredibly reasonable amount of time to accept a hypothetical offer. This was a terrible experience going through the staffing agency and it speaks volumes to the staffing agency and Viatris that they only want desperate candidates with no standards for employment.

I spoke with 4 different recruiters, all with the same staffing agency, and went back and forth for two weeks with them about this position. They were very secretive about the position description, salary, benefits, and length of contract - it took every bit of those two weeks to get any answers out of them after asking multiple times. An interview was scheduled and each of those recruiters continuously asked me how long it would take me to accept an offer if it were extended (before I had interviewed). Apparently 1-3 days was the wrong answer and my interview was canceled because I didn’t immediately say that I would accept within 24 hours. If the company is forcing people to accept offers within an impossibly tight timeframe BEFORE an interview has occurred, that screams high turnover rate and toxic work environment.
