Interview process was very fast, within a week all 3-4 rounds of interviews were over. HR round was with 3-4 HRs’. Throughout the process they did ask me my expected salary and I had made it very clear!! But after all the rounds they were not even ready to give basic standard hike which is 30%. They bargained for a week for me to accept the same salary as my current company and end of it to accept 15-20% hike- hence I declined the offer !! Just couldn’t see a future growth here !!
