I applied on Viatris website, around two weeks later, a HR contacted me about my application, we had a call, then she forwarded my application to hiring manager.
About a month later, I received a interview invitation.
A week after interview, I received an email that they need more experienced people for this role.

Behavioural questions around team building and collaboration. HR interview followed by panel interview. They essentially want to look for someone who is also great to get along with their team mates.

What would your previous manager say about you? What would be your 30,60,90 day plan?
Lengthy procedure with 4 rounds which might last for over a month. But the HR was responsive throughout the procedure, however salary negotiations could have been fairer in terms of position and pay parity.Extensive medical examination after interview clearance.
