I applied online. I interviewed at Valorem Reply (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
Initial contact by recruiter. After conversation was sent a "profile test" which I found to be highly invasive (asked very personal questions). Frankly, I was extremely put-off by the whole process as it became clear, they have more of a serious management issue than a hiring issue. If you have to have potential employees psychologically screened and pass the for "fitment" test.... this was a HUGE red-flag flashing - RUN, don't walk to the exit!!

We've been conducting a cultural fit assessment for years and it has been very successful at helping us identify talent that might fit well with our dynamic, cutting edge, fast paced culture. We have learned that the consulting culture is fun for those who are wired for it, just like any culture. We try to hire people who thrive in this environment and the assessment helps our interviewers vet the best fit for the role. While no process is perfect, we work hard to find a match between our needs and our applicants needs to ensure the best experience possible for both parties.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Valorem Reply (Kochi) in Apr 2019
Interview
Interview was fine. Two technical and one managerial round was there. After that they didn't have the manners to provide feedback for the candidate. I spent a whole day and they can't even spent a minute. Very bad HR department.
