Went as a typical interview. Welcomed kindly by the HR then to the colleagues. Had a questionnaire about personal attributes, skills and future goals.
Detailed description of the position. Well introduced to the Company (plant tour,product line visit). Also clarified
First technical interview went fairly smooth and got contacted a couple of days later for a second technical interview.
Questions and topics were expected and straightforward nothing out of the ordinary.
