The initial interview was over the phone and included a basic technical review, 10 questions I believe. This was followed by two on site interview with two employees and two managers. Within a day or I received an offer and accepted

Question 1
A question on my understanding of Active Directory.
3 rounds in total, 2 rounds technical and 1 managerial. With proper preparation it can be cracked easily. Be strong with basics. Basic concepts like HA, vMotion, DRS, Affinity, VM snapshot, Upgradation procedure and troubleshooting are important.
